Big Bird puppeteer shares his ‘most meaningful interaction’ with a child, it will make you weep

SESAME STREET -- For 46 years Caroll Spinney has been the puppeteer bringing Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch to life.

This week a documentary, I am Big Bird,  about Spinney’s life, his work and his family was released for download online.

To help promote the film Spinney agreed to answer questions as part of an ‘Ask Me Anything’ post on reddit Thursday.
