Woman asks world to pay her back for money spent on Powerball tickets

CORDOVA, Tenn. -- A woman who claims to have spent all of her money on Powerball tickets is now asking for donations from the public.

According to Yahoo News, Cinnamon Nicole raised more than $800 in just seven hours on her Powerball Reimbursement GoFundMe page.

Nicole claims to have spent all of her money on tickets for the $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot, despite the 1 in 292.2 million chances of winning.

It's not clear how much money Nicole actually spent on the tickets, but when Nicole realized she did not have a winning ticket, she started a GoFundMe page.

But Friday morning, her GoFundMe page was shut down. It's not clear if she shut it down herself or if the crowdfunding site deleted her page.
