Prosecutors look to charge drug dealers with homicide
The fentanyl crisis in the Puget Sound region is reaching crisis levels?1 in 9 drug-related deaths in Washington are the result of it. Prosecutors are now looking to not just charge drug dealers with possession of drugs, but to build up cases with detectives and charge dealers with 'controlled substance homicide.'
