Family of 19-year-old shot, killed in Puyallup offering reward to help find those responsible

The family of a 19-year-old teen shot and killed in a Lipoma Firs neighborhood Sunday morning in Puyallup has identified him as Keylen Collins. His grandmother is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone with information about those responsible for her grandson's death.
