Protest for rule changes at dangerous intersection

Neighbors are staging a walk-about for safety at one of Seattle’s most dangerous intersections. Residents of Wallingford showed up Friday where Stone Way N meets N 40th Street for what they’re calling a “cross-walk-a-thon”.
