Federal Way infant kidnapped in intricate 'inside job,' investigators say

According to charging documents, a couple schemed to kidnap the infant child of one of the suspect's relatives. The couple lives in Florida, and traveled all the way up to Washington solely to kidnap the 7-month-old baby, prosecutors say. Documents say they pretended to be a delivery driver and bound and gagged the child's mother when she opened the door for the package.
