Man charged for deadly NYE shooting in Capitol Hill
A man is now charged for shooting and killing another man in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood on New Year's Eve. Prosecutors charged 23-year-old Charles Michael Hickman III. Prosecutors say he appeared to be following his intended target for several minutes. Then, when he went to shoot, a 29-year-old man unknowingly stepped in his line of fire and died.
