Seattle mayoral candidate vows to skip KOMO debate unless Sinclair reinstates Kimmel

Seattle mayoral candidate Katie Wilson said she will not take part in KOMO-TV?s Oct. 8 debate unless Sinclair Broadcast Group reinstates the ?Jimmy Kimmel Live? show. Wilson accused Sinclair of caving to government pressure and framed her decision as a stand against censorship and authoritarianism. She also pledged not to spend campaign advertising money on Sinclair outlets and called for public funding to strengthen local journalism.
