Community support helps Everett, WA boutique remake stolen gown after theft

An Everett boutique that lost a valuable custom quinceañera gown to organized retail theft in September found an outpouring of community support during a Día de los Muertos celebration, where a good Samaritan helped raise the thousands needed to remake the custom dress.
