Salt & Straw opens near Pike Place, debuts Salmon Ice Cream & Thanksgiving menu
Salt & Straw co-founder Kim Malek celebrates the Pike Place Market opening in Seattle by sampling a unique Salmon Snow flavor featuring candied salmon caviar, smoked salmon mousse, and dill. The team also introduces its popular annual "Five Courses of Thanksgiving" ice cream menu, which includes flavors like Parker House Rolls and Turkey Stuffing with Cranberry Sauce.
