It's the time of year where many people have seasonal events (Seattle's winter art walks, anyone?) they want to look good for, but they don't want to freeze or break the bank while doing it. Evergreen Goodwill stopped by Good Day Seattle with some tips on how to dress chic while on a budget, and finding staple winter pieces to keep you warm. Evergreen Goodwill has 23 nonprofit thrift stores across out area, including some of the biggest in the country.
