ICE gives rare glimpse inside Tacoma detention facility

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement department gave a rare tour of its Tacoma facility in an effort to be more transparent, but it was also clear ICE wanted to change the political narrative about whats happening behind their doors.
