When he finally did appear in court, prosecutors requested a high bail but the judge disagreed. Plus, the proposal before the state supreme court to lower bail bond requirements so some suspects could go free after posting just $20. A move one prosecutor is calling 'ludicrous'. And, surveillance video shows the dark sedan driven by the killer who ambushed and shot to death a man in grocery store parking lot. Detectives in Renton are asking for the public's help to solve the murder mystery that left a young boy without his dad.
