$49 million settlement reached in teen starvation lawsuit
Back in 2020, a teen with autism in Vancouver, Washington starved to death. The boy's estate, along with his two brothers sued the Evergreen School District and two state agencies for wrongful death. A settlement for more than $49 million was reached on Tuesday.
