Man charged after water balloon incident leads to Tacoma, WA shooting
A 31-year-old man is facing multiple charges after police say he chased down a group of teens following a water balloon incident, then shot and robbed them in Tacoma. The victim survived, and prosecutors say additional charges, including attempted murder, could be filed.
