Bellevue resident wins $10,000 shopping spree after visiting St. Jude Dream Home Showplace

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- One lucky person just won a major shopping spree, all thanks to St. Jude Dream Home Showplace.

The St. Jude Showplace is a 5,000-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath home for sale in Bellevue. It was built to raise money from its sale for cancer research at St. Jude Children's  Research Hospital.

Everyone who visited the home was entered in a drawing to win a $10,000 shopping spree at McDonald's Fine Furniture in Lynnwood.

And on Wednesday, they picked the winner -- Cora Chen of Bellevue.

Organizers said the raffle is their way of helping out.
