Crocodile or alligator, it's not what you expect to see on street in Manhattan

NEW YORK -- A crocodile was spotted casually strolling down the street in New York City's Upper Manhattan Thursday.

After someone tweeted that it looked more like a crocodile than an alligator, the officer said:

According to WPIX, officers caught up to the intruder at 205th Street and took it to Animal Care & Control.

See you later alligator ... or after while crocodile?
