KITSAP COUNTY -- Deputies are investigating a stabbing that left a man dead and a woman injured.
Officials said this happened around 11:40 a.m. Sunday in the 8000 block of Covina Loop NE near Bremerton.
According to the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office, the wounded man went to a neighbor who performed CPR until help arrived. The victim was taken to the hospital where he later died.
The woman was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center. Her condition has not been released.
The circumstances of the incident are unclear. Officials could not confirm the relationship between the two people involved.
Detectives are investigating the man's death as a homicide.
