Thanks to 28-year-old Koby Soto's FitBit we know.

Soto told Buzzfeed the guy he had been dating called him on the phone and that's when the breakup happened.  He said his heart started racing, but it wasn't until he went to bed that night that he looked at the data from his FitBit and notice the spiking heart rate.

Soto's original tweet had been retweeted nearly 2-thousand times it the first 48 hours.

Despite the mild embarrassment Soto told Buzzfeed it actually felt good to have a log confirming what he felt.
