LITTLE FALLS, Minn. -- This 3-year-old toddler had to wait just a little longer for his mother to be officially dismissed -- after she had been deployed for nine months in Afghanistan.
According to KARE-TV, Kathryn Waldvogel, along with the other soldiers, were told to wait in line and were not able to greet family until dismissed.
But Cooper couldn't wait any longer. He wanted his hug.
A KARE-TV photographer captured the moment on camera and was shared on KARE 11’s Facebook page.
