FUGITIVE WANTED BY DOC IN YAKIMA COUNTY August 5, 2016 --
Julian Armas is breaking probation in Yakima County on a home burglary bust in 2013.
He's also been convicted of domestic violence crimes, possession of dangerous weapons, obstructing police and dealing drugs.
He's inked with a ton of tattoos all over his body, including "crazy" on his left hand and "crazy angel" on his left knee.
