Lynnwood man convicted of trying to kill his ex-wife

EVERETT, Wash. -- A Lynnwood man was convicted Tuesday of trying to murder his ex-wife by knocking her out and setting her on fire.

David Morgan faces decades in prison when he's sentenced later this month.

Prosecutors say the attack two years ago stemmed from Morgan not wanting to pay child support or hand over part of his pension.
