One dead after shooting in Pioneer Square
SEATTLE -- Police are now investigating an overnight shooting as a homicide.
It happened just before midnight Tuesday in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood. Police say officers responded to a man found unresponsive near 1st Ave. and Yesler Way. He was sent to Harborview Medical Center but later died of his injuries.
A 19-year-old suspect is in custody.
Police are still investigating the shooting.
