STANWOOD, Wash. -- A 35-year-old Snohomish County man was killed after being struck by three different vehicles as he ran across the southbound lanes of Interstate 5.
The Washington State Patrol said in a press release that Brian Cooper of Stanwood was struck by several vehicles when he ran across I-5 near SR 532 at about 6 p.m. Sunday.
It did not immediately know why he was in the road or if alcohol and/or drugs were involved.
