Pedestrian killed on SR-167
A fatal crash involving a pedestrian on SR-167 in Renton has diverted traffic for much of the morning commute.
RENTON, Wash. - A pedestrian has died after being hit and killed by a var on SR 167 early Tuesday morning.
According to Washington State Patrol, the person was hit around 4:30 a.m. in Renton. It's unknown what they were doing on the freeway.
Northbound lanes were shut down completely for several hours and traffic was rerouted.
