The 4-month-old was born with occulocutaneous albinism. The condition affects skin pigmentation, hair and eyes. Those affected tend to have vision problems including sensitivity to light and reduced sharpness.
An estimated 1 in 20,000 people worldwide are born with the condition.
According to Mail Online, Leo's father David posted the video to NewsFlare.com. The video shows Leo's mother Erin off-camera putting special glasses on her son's face.
