FUGITIVE UPDATE August 23, 2013 -- Spokane police have arrested a 16 year old suspect in the beating death of an 88 year old man earlier this week. He has been charged with 1st Degree Robbery and 1st Degree Murder. A second suspect, 16 year old Kenan Adams-Kinard, is still on the loose. Police say shortly after 88 year old Delbert Belton arrived at the Eagles Lodge in his car Wednesday -- he was ambushed and attacked by the two men -- who took off running. Belton died Thursday in the hospital.
