SDOT removes some 'CHOP' barriers, no plans to remove more near East SPD precinct

The City of Seattle, SDOT crews removed some barriers around the 'CHOP' protest zone on Tuesday, closing the nearby Cal Anderson Park in attempt to be cleaned up.
