Unidentified kayaker found in Vancouver, B.C. traced to Seattle, Portland area

A kayaker who died shortly after being rescued off the coast of Vancouver, B.C. remains unidentified after four years. But new forensic evidence suggests she spent her final days in the Seattle or Portland area.
