Seattle Public Schools bargaining continues as first day of school quickly approaches

The Seattle Education Association voted Wednesday to authorize a strike, and if they cant reach a deal with the district by Tuesday at 11:59 p.m., their members' current contract expires. And while they are optimistic they can come to an agreement, they are well aware — there’s only two full business days until time runs out.
