Seattle Mayor Wilson unveils plan to curb gun violence

Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson has unveiled a new, five-page plan to address gun violence in Seattle, introducing "community violence interrupters, school programs and more bike patrols in an effort to decrease shootings.
