WA program that redirects people away from jail accused of using inaccurate data

Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) is a program that aims to divert people away from prosecution and jail times when it comes to drug-related offenses. However, the Washington Policy Center says it's using inaccurate data, misleading state leaders and politicians.
