Seattle police, fire departments raise concerns over city's budget proposal

A clash between first responders and a balanced budget in Seattle is underway after Mayor Katie Wilson's proposal has more money going toward police, but less toward the fire department.  FOX 13 Seattle reporter Sam Campbell has the latest.
