Paid street parking proposed at West Seattle Junction

The Seattle Department of Transportation is recommending two-hour paid parking on some of the busiest streets in the West Seattle Junction, including California Avenue Southwest. The goal is to keep people moving and free up space, but some residents want to pump the brakes.
