Spokane Wildfires: 6 counties request FEMA assistance

Washington state Governor Bob Ferguson says that FEMA has begun moving resources into WA state amid the Spokane wildfires. Six counties have requested declaration of emergency and federal assistance: Spokane, Stevens, Chelan, Okanagan, Yakima and Ferry.
