Governor Ferguson sends letter to ferry engine-room workers union

After mass sick callouts led to 13 of Washington's 18 ferry routes being canceled on Monday, October 5, governor Bob Ferguson has sent a letter to their union. The governor says he has salary survey of their wages to inform next summer's negotiations.
