Seattle police testify on Bite of Seattle shooting briefing delays

Seattle police leaders pointed the finger at Deputy Mayor Brian Surratt as the reason behind the 5-hour delay in getting information out to the public regarding the Bite of Seattle shooting that killed three people and injured four others during a busy food festival at Seattle Center.
