Seattle's Elliott Bay to get floating soccer barge for World Cup

The Seattle Sounders and Reign FC announced there will be a custom-built floating soccer pitch that will sit on top of a maritime vessel in Elliott Bay near Pier 62 on the Seattle Waterfront.
