Seattle mayor denies causing delay in Bite of Seattle shooting press conference

Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson claims she did not cause a delay in the press conference for the mass shooting at the Bite of Seattle festival, however a source says Seattle police were ready to go hours earlier.
