Seattle deputy mayor blamed for 5-hour delay in Bite of Seattle briefing

Seattle Police Assistant Chief Tyrone Davis, who was in charged of SPD the weekend of the deadly bite of Seattle shooting, said he was ready to release information to the public an hour and a half after the shooting, but was told by Deputy Mayor Brian Surratt to wait.
