West Seattle Summerfest becomes city’s first fully reusable major festival

One of the city's biggest summer traditions now has a major, noticeable change. The West Seattle Summerfest kicks off today, but this year, it's making history as the only major festival in Seattle to go completely single-use, waste-free.
