FAA pushes for ATC system funding after East Coast delays

The FAA says a backup fiber line was cut by a construction crew, causing massive flight delays across New York, Jersey and Philadelphia, and transportation secretary Sean Duffy says it will happen again unless Congress approved more funding for a new air traffic control system nationwide.
