Detectives say the guy you see here and a partner-in-crime are behind several heists where they're preying on shoppers. “On November 27th our victim was shopping inside Fred Meyer for a couple hours,” says Issaquah police Det. Sgt. Kevin Nash. “The shopper didn’t notice until she got up to the check stand that her wallet had been missing.”

And, by the time she contacted cops and her credit card company, the crooks had already racked-up nearly $3,000 worth of stuff at other stores and a gas station. This guy's wanted in Kent and Bellevue for similar crimes.
