IN CUSTODY -- The 'Miss Manners Bandit' surrendered Sunday night.
WANTED IN PIERCE COUNTY --
A guaranteed $1,000 reward is yours if you can tell Pierce County detectives the name of this female bank robber we're dubbing the "Miss Manners Bandit."
Pierce County Det. Ed Troyer tells us why. "We do not believe our bank robber is a hardened criminal. In fact, she was very polite and even used the word, 'please.’ In the video you can see that she's actually engaged in dialog with the bank employee. You can see her shaking her head and answering questions and she picks up a pen to write the note, she leaves the note behind. She's not an experienced bank robber at all and that makes us believe she's pretty desperate for money."
This browser does not support the Video element.
