Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “We're not blaming the victim at all, but please, please, please if you order something from UPS, FedEx, the U.S. Postal Service, make sure you have someone pick up the package or make sure you’re there, in person to pick it up."
Detectives think she's in her 30's, 5'8" to 5'9", with a medium build, a tattoo on her right bicep and was wearing a silver-colored watch and necklace.
She was pulling a small shopping cart.
