TACOMA - The Pierce County Prosecutor's Office says Sarah Isakson appeared in court Friday to quash her warrant. The judge released her on personal recognizance. Trial date is set for 7/13/2016.
WANTED IN PIERCE COUNTY --
Sarah Isakson is accused of using credit cards taken from a woman’s purse that was stolen out of her garage in Orting on February 21.
Detectives say the 30-year-old Isakson was seen on surveillance cameras at stores in the Bonney Lake area on the same day as the burglary making $2,500 worth of purchases with four of the victim’s cards.
Pam Heath says she's spent countless hours trying to repair her credit. "People have commented on Facebook that she was a really nice person. She has two beautiful kids. I was reading through the comments, so I just hope that you can find your way back to that to doing what`s right. I'm working hard for every dollar I get and there`s somebody out there that's taking advantage of that. That`s wrong, so I want it stopped for everyone."
Lakewood Police say Isakson was also stopped by loss prevention officers at Walmart on Bridgeport Way West after she hid cosmetics in her chest pocket.
Pierce County Prosecutors have charged her with Burglary in the 2nd degree, Theft in the 3rd degree, Identity Theft in the 2nd degree, Possession of Stolen Property in the 2nd degree and Theft in the 3rd degree.
"We really want to get her caught. We know she's not acting alone but when we disrupt these rings of people that are doing multiple types of property crime, it takes a big dent out of crime because they're doing it on a daily basis to supply a drug habit or to get cash for any other purposes,” said Pierce County Det. Ed Troyer.
Isakson is 5’9,” 160 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes.
