Business owners have mixed feelings on state initiative to raise minimum wage



SEATTLE -- Initiative 1433 on the November ballot would raise the minimum wage statewide to $13.50 by the year 2020.

Currently, the minimum wage in Washington is $9.47 an hour.

Some business owners in Seattle said the increase has been great for retaining staff, while others say they are struggling to pay their workers more and make ends meet. And how would the wage increase work for business owners in less affluent cities and areas?
