Have you seen this unregistered sex offender? Sheriff's office wants to know

SEATTLE -- The King County Sheriff's Office has issued an arrest warrant for a Level 3 sex offender who failed to register.

Sallyea McClinton is 6-foot and weighs 180 pounds. His past convictions include first-degree rape, attempted rape and burglary.

Investigators say he refused treatment while in prison and has a high likelihood of re-offending.

The Department of Corrctions expected him to register as homeless in Seattle.
