SEATTLE -- The latest offering from famed Seattle restaurateur Ethan Stowell will be called the Goldfinch Tavern and be located inside the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown.
Stowell’s new restaurant will replace the Four Seasons’ previous offering Art Restaurant and is expected to open in June.
The Goldfinch Tavern will offer authentic Pacific Northwest fare made from regional ingredients and served with sweeping views of Elliot Bay.
“Goldfinch Tavern is going to be the perfect place to just grab a drink or stay on for a leisurely dinner, whether as a solo traveler or with a group of friends or associates,” said Ilse Harley, general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Seattle.
