Fire crews arrived on the scene quickly and got the fire under control within 20 minutes.
The fire was contained to a west wall and a small section of ceiling.
“The fire investigator determined the cause of the fire was spa towels with oils that when heated caused a spontaneous combustion,” read a line in a post about the fire on the department’s blog.
No one was hurt, but the fire caused roughly $10,000 in damages to the laundromat.
